Homemade Eatmore Bars

I thought I would share my super easy 6 ingredients Eatmore bar recipe. This is my dad’s favourite recipe and since he is one of my most favourite people I just had to surprise him with some of these. I’m not much of a baker, so this simple recipe is seriously soooo easy!

*WARNING*These are super easy to make and extremely delicious.  These homemade Eatmore bars will have you drooling.

I’m going to keep it simple because well, its a super simple recipe.

1.) Get a pot ready. Everything you see below goes into a pot and onto the stovetop.

Smooth peanut butter works the best.

***Don’t forget the vanilla. I almost did. Whoops!***

Add your peanuts in as well.

You can purchase crushed, but I didn’t have any on hand. I had these peanuts in the cupboard and need to use them up, so I poured a cup of peanuts into a ziplock bag and pounded them with a masher until they were crushed.

Spray the baking sheet with Pam and dump the mixture onto the baking sheet.

*Spray the bottom of your clean hand with Pam. This makes it easier to spread the mixture out. I used a 9 x 13 baking sheet. Spread it out evenly.

-Put the baking sheet into the freezer for 5 minutes.

*Use a knife OR pizza cutter to cut them into bars. You can decide your sizes. I cut 12 in total. Some were bigger than others- My cutting got sloppy.

Put your pre-cut squares that are still on the baking sheet BACK into the freezer for an hour.

After the hour has passed, bring them out and enjoy.

*I put each individual bar into a sandwich bag and store in the freezer until I want to eat one. I like them hard. You don’t need to do this, but they should be kept refrigerated.snapseed-3
